The conference is offering a hybrid experience, providing the flexibility to participate either in person or online over Google Meet.

There are three options for presentation:

1. Onsite presentation, at the university campus in Bacau (Romania) – each presenter will have 7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A.

2. Virtual presentation: Attendees opting for virtual participation are required to send us their "voice-over video" English presentations, limited to a maximum duration of 7 minutes, via email (decret2024@ugb.ro).

3. Online (live presentation): Participants who would like to join us via online (live) presentation will be able to present their papers live. Each presenter will have 7 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A.

Registration for the conference is available for

• Submitting a full paper for publication in the volume of the conference DECRET at a Romanian prestigious publishing house or in the Acta Universitatis George Bacovia.Juridica Journal, No. 2/2024 or No. 1/2025, and for receiving a certificate of attendance for the author/coauthors.

• Submitting an abstract for inclusion in the book of abstracts and receiving certificate of attendance for the author/coauthors.

• Submitting for attendance purposes only, along with a certificate of participation.

ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION

• Abstract text should not exceed 500 words.

• Abstracts will be written in English.

• Abstracts must follow one of the Conference Topics.

• The deadline for abstracts submission is September 15, 2024.

• Authors will receive notification of abstract acceptance or rejection by September 30, 2024, via email.

• Authors are limited to submitting a maximum of 2 contributions.
